Yes. Every new color client begins with a complimentary consultation. Your colorist will assess your hair's current condition, discuss your history — previous color, chemical treatments, heat damage — and listen to your goals. Because every head of hair is different, pricing is determined during your consultation based on your hair's length, density, condition, and desired result. You'll know the full cost before any work begins — no surprises. This is especially true for color correction, which varies widely depending on your starting point.
Color appointments typically range from 2 to 5+ hours depending on the service. A single-process color or grey blending session may take 2–3 hours, while color corrections or full blonding can take longer. Consultations are about 15–20 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate during your consultation so you can plan accordingly.

Absolutely — we encourage it! Screenshots from Instagram, Pinterest, or anywhere else are incredibly helpful. They give your colorist a clear picture of what you're envisioning, even if the exact result depends on your starting point.
Salon Policies
Got Hair? is an appointment-only boutique studio. We do not accept walk-ins. You can book online through Vagaro or text us at (210) 525-9550 to schedule.
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please text us at (210) 525-9550 as soon as possible. A cancellation charge may apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate advance notice — it allows us to offer your time slot to another guest.
